Privacy

Prepared September 21, 2026

This notice explains information used by the Redscape website and Thumbnail Evolver. Contact business@redscape.org with privacy questions or requests.

Your images and credentials

Thumbnail Evolver stores application settings, saved images, and history on your PC. Provider and Roblox credentials are stored locally using Windows protection and used to connect to the relevant services.

When you ask the app to generate or analyze images, it sends prompts and reference images to your chosen AI provider. Approved thumbnail uploads go to Roblox. Those services process information under their own policies.

Basic growth sharing

On by default; you can turn it off in Settings. This shares your relative QPTR growth or decline and your game’s name and universe ID. The ID can identify the public game link.

Basic sharing sends only the change in performance, not your actual QPTR, impressions, or daily active users (DAU). Reports are associated with your customer record so we can understand results and offer support.

Games using basic sharing can appear on this website, with their public Roblox name, icon, link, and visit count. We also publish aggregate results across reporting games. Individual QPTR changes and customer records are not included in the public game directory.

Updated app versions synchronize the basic-sharing switch with the public directory. Older versions only stop new reports when sharing is disabled; contact us to remove an existing listing if you use an older version. Previously submitted reports can remain available privately for support.

Extended analytics

Off by default. If you enable it, and basic sharing is enabled, reports also include actual QPTR and impressions for the current eight-day reporting window, plus DAU for the latest complete UTC day when available.

Operational error reports

On by default, with a separate switch in Settings. These help us diagnose failures. They include the operation and error category, AI provider and model, attempts and retries, duration, recovery status, app version, timestamps, and game identity.

Reports are linked to your customer record and a pseudonymous installation identifier. They are not anonymous. They exclude API keys, prompts, images, raw provider responses, local file paths, and analytics values.

Subscription and payment information

Stripe hosts Checkout and billing management and processes your payment details. Our licensing service stores access and device associations, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; they are not entered into Thumbnail Evolver.

Our backend and owner management portal run on Cloudflare. Authorized support access is used for licensing, troubleshooting, and the reports described above.

Email recovery

If you request subscription recovery, we use your billing email to find your subscription and send a short-lived verification code through Resend. Resend processes the recipient address and message to deliver that email. Recovery codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as protected verification records, not readable codes.

Recovery also processes your installation identifier and request IP address to verify access and limit abuse. These emails are for signing back in; requesting one does not subscribe you to marketing.

Website and support

The website does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics integration. Hosting and security providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. A private preview may require the hosting provider’s sign-in.

If you contact support, we use the information you provide to respond. Please do not send card details, API keys, passwords, or other access credentials by email.

Controls and retention

Disabling a reporting option stops future reports of that type. It does not automatically delete reports already submitted. Growth reporting keeps the latest record for each customer and game. Operational error records older than 90 days are removed during incoming-report cleanup; removal may occur later if no new reports arrive.

Local files remain on your PC until you remove them. For questions about access, correction, or deletion of information held by Redscape, contact business@redscape.org. We may need to verify your identity. Some billing information may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

Other services

Roblox, your AI provider, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and any site hosting or sign-in provider have their own privacy policies for information they handle. Links to external sites take you outside Redscape’s website.
